iHealthHome(r) (iHH) is a suite of monitoring and communication programs that power a touch screen called the “iHH Hub”, that is easy for seniors to use. The program lets you interact with a senior on-line so you can facilitate care and communicate with them no matter where you are.

This app gives you control of multiple functions that are available within “iHH Hub”.
For example, you can upload photos to a senior’s "iHH Hub" right from your smart phone.

You can even have a video visit with a senior or check on a number of biometric and activity monitors from your app. Included are Blood pressure, glucose levels, blood oxygen levels, and weight scales to name a few.

Despite its simplicity, IHH is a comprehensive, HIPAA aware health-care records system. It collects and stores health data that empowers families, nurses, doctors, hired caregivers and others to coordinate and deliver care for a senior.
